Great-Grandma & Grandpa Koosmann's 60th Anniversary Weekend

This past weekend we celebrated Brad's grandparents' 60th wedding anniversary. We got to see relatives that we only see once or twice a year, and all the kids played and played and played. We had a great time and it was so much fun to celebrate such an important anniversary with them!

Mary (Grandma) was a brave, brave soul and she rode on the golf cart with the kids while Alyssa took her first crack at driving the golf cart by herself. Alyssa did a great job, and I only heard a half dozen (Slow down! Slow down!'s shouted out) :)

The gnats were terrible. I had to take a quick shot of a swarm surrounding Jill & Chuck's new truck.

After seeing Alyssa driving the golf cart, Brendan seemed to think he could move from the Gator to the golf cart. Didn't happen! But he still enjoyed pretending!


Charlie and Brendan played their own version of cornhole (bean bag toss). It pretty much consisted of them dropping bean bags directly into the hole and clapping. Just give them a couple years and they'll be out-bean bagging their dads!
