Another Visit To The Farm

Sunday evening we visited Dean & Becky's farm again...

I got to feed one of the baby lambs her bottle. Made me reflect on what's to come in a few months! :) Brendan kept coming over to me and saying "Mess!" because the baby was dripping milk on the ground.

Brendan helped Dean feed the sheep leftover onions from their garden (which he assured us they loved). If you look closely you can see that this is an action shot.

All the little chicks have grown up quickly. Brendan didn't really know what to make of all the chickens, but he helped give them water, waved hello to them, and tried to feed them hay.

Brendan actually fed hay to the twin baby goats. He was pretty nervous about it, but loved that they ate from his hands. The twins are pretty rambunctious, so it's a good thing they were penned up while trying to feed them.

Brendan helping around the farm. He lost interest in hauling the bucket around after a few minutes, so mom got to do the honor (because he still wanted the bucket with us, for some unknown reason.)

And, of course, Brendan on the tractor. Always the highlight of the trip.
Thanks again Dean & Becky!
