Jason, Tami, Marni and Reese stopped by for the afternoon, to visit, play, and meet Emily. We enjoyed a great lunch (and they brought lasagna and cookies for us too! How spoiled are we?) and the kids played and played. We all had a great time!

We have a large number of blackbirds and robins in our yard, and during the spring we are constantly finding babies that have fallen or blown out of their nests and died on the ground. Brendan and Marni found a couple throughout the day and Brendan showed her how he takes two sticks, picks it up, and throws it into the long grass around the field.
