The flooding has gotten substantial around Montevideo during the last couple of weeks. I went around and took some pictures of it.
This is the local campground. (Can you see the shelter on the far left side of the picture? The water is over halfway up the building.) All of the campground sites are under water.
Lagoon Park sure looks like a lagoon.
Pretty much all of the snow is gone, due to melting, but the parking lot where the city dumps snow is still full of dirty snow.
