One of Emily's first times touching grass. She wasn't so sure about it at first, but has now graduated to pulling up fistfuls wherever she sits.
The house is now painted. We changed it from a blueish gray to a sandy beige. We had been planning on doing it ourselves bit-by-bit over the summer, but with all that's going on we got some quotes from local painters and found someone very reasonable instead. There's always more on the to-do list (like changing the front door from deep blue to something a little more mellow) but it's nice to get something major off the list. One at a time, Noelle....one at a time...
Brendan was able to make it to his first t-ball practice before my surgery and recovery made him miss the next six. Above, he's taking his turn in the batting net.
