The Koosmann/Nelson families took (what we hope will become an anual tradition) a mini-vacation to a waterpark hotel for a weekend. We pre-celebrated Alyssa's 6th birthday and Gene's birthday, swam, swam, swam, ate pizza, and swam, swam, swam some more. It was a blast! Brendan LOVED the kiddie pool, which featured multiple slides, spraying water, and water cannons that you could aim at people. He also liked swimming in the big pool and watching Brad and his uncles play water basketball. And he couldn't get enough of the bubbles in the hottub (don't worry...we only stuck his feet in!) Here are some pictures...but we were too busy to take any in the pool.

The kids (Marni, Marci, Brendan and Alyssa) decided they needed a reading break so they all hopped into Brendan's pack n' play to read books.
