A Weekend With Papa and Nona

My parents came out to Montevideo this weekend, arriving at about 2:00 am, after the FMSC Gala.  After letting them sleep in a little bit (I could only hold them back until 8am!), the kids played, I got to go Christmas shopping and out to lunch with my dad (a Crea tradition), we visited with Brad's cousin, Shannon, who was visiting from Michigan, and we went to church (and my dad lead an adult study on FMSC, to build excitement for the upcoming mobile-packing), but the kids were most excited about going bowling.

Megan's excited!  Let's bowl!

These balls are heavier than they look!

Brendan, keeping everyone on track.

This little stinker did pretty well for being entertained at a bowling alley where she didn't get to bowl.  She escaped our watchful gaze twice and took off down the lane (giggling at us carefully running to catch her) but otherwise she was pretty good.

My guys.

Yup, that's me!

Thanks for a great weekend, Papa and Nona!
